Play Bim Bom Solitaire Online — Australian Patience on Two Decks

Bim Bom takes the Australian move to two decks. Eight columns of five are dealt face up; any face-up card may be moved with everything above it — Yukon's move — and columns build down in suit. Any card may fill a space. A stock of sixty-four turns one card at a time to a waste, with no redeal. Eight foundations build up from the ace, two per suit; bank all 104 to win.

Setup

Shuffle two decks together. Deal eight columns of five cards, all face up. The remaining sixty-four cards form the stock, face down; the waste and the eight foundations start empty.

Rules

Strategy

Sixty-four cards in a one-pass stock is the whole difficulty: most of both decks arrives one card at a time, and each card you cannot place buries the ones beneath it. The open spaces and the twins are the answer.

Where It Sits in the Yukon Family

Bim Bom is a PySolFC original: Raw Prawn's rules — the Australian move, the suit build, open spaces, a one-pass stock — on two decks and eight columns dealt five deep. Outback Patience is its neighbour with the king rule kept and seven rows dealt.
