Play Outback Patience Solitaire Online — Australian Patience, Two Decks Deep

Outback Patience is Australian Patience on two decks and dealt deep. Eight columns of seven are dealt face up; any face-up card may be moved with everything above it — Yukon's move — and columns build down in suit. Only a king may fill a space. A stock of forty-eight turns one card at a time to a waste, with no redeal. Eight foundations build up from the ace; bank all 104 to win.

Setup

Shuffle two decks together. Deal eight columns of seven cards, all face up. The remaining forty-eight cards form the stock, face down; the waste and the eight foundations start empty.

Rules

Strategy

Seven-deep columns hold most of both decks in view, and the stock is shorter than Bim Bom's — but the spaces take only kings, so a cleared column is worth exactly one king and the run it will carry.

Where It Sits in the Yukon Family

Outback Patience is Australian Patience's two-deck sibling: the same move, suit build, king rule and one-pass stock on eight columns dealt seven deep. Bim Bom is the neighbouring two-deck game with open spaces and a five-deep deal; Raw Prawn opens the spaces on one deck.
